Great location with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The lobby was grand and had comfortable seating areas. The pool area was clean and had activities suitable for all ages.
Housekeeping was slow and didn't refill consumed toiletries. Dining options were not up to par and lacked convenience and seating.

Special note of thanks to manager. Bar Hurricane Hanna's Grill with quick meals was located 10 minutes walk away. Everything exceeded all expectations.

Our hotel offered an amazing pool complex and easy transportation to multiple parks. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and comfortable beds that were provided. the key location of the hotel made it easy for us to walk to different attractions nearby. Another great aspect was the selection of food options available, from morning pastries to evening desserts.
The noise levels were extremely high, even late into the night. We requested a quiet room, but were placed next to a noisy event that made it nearly impossible to sleep.
